REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans can change. To best accommodate all our clients, we kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled event.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will vary depending on the nature of the event and incurred preparation costs.
All refunds and cancellation fees are determined at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis.We strive to be fair and flexible, and we appreciate your understanding.
