O’ Rita’s Catering was born out of a passion for food, community, and culture. Founded in 2018 by husband-and-wife team Eric and Nadia Busuttil, our company brings people together through thoughtfully prepared meals and reliable service.
Both Eric and Nadia were raised in the restaurant industry, surrounded by the rhythm of family-run kitchens. Growing up around food businesses gave them a deep appreciation for hospitality and a natural drive to serve others with care. That experience shaped their commitment to quality, consistency, and creating moments that matter.
